Custom-designed and manufactured  sliprings for defence and aerospace high-reliability applications.  All work is carried out in the UK, as it has been for 60 years. These units may integrate  fibre optic rotary joints (FORJ); rotary fluid/pneumatic  joints;  high frequency rotary joints (ROJO), -either wave guides or coaxial; potentiometers; encoders. Pandect  designs and manufactures these  custom  slipring units to customer specifications  to be suitable for many usages or environments, from maritime  to high altitude .  Applications  include  tank turrets , radar, missile guidance and missile launch systems, optical targeting systems,  gimballed systems for piloted  aircraft and  UAV’s, periscopes, sonar- either in helicopters or on-deck on warships.
